Greetings. I am Wook-hyeon Kim, CEO of HYTC Co., Ltd.

Since our founding in 2000, HYTC has consistently raised the standards of precision manufacturing. After our KOSDAQ listing in 2022, we have continued to partner with global OEM customers in the battery, semiconductor, and automotive sectors, building a precision manufacturing culture that tolerates no more than 1μm of error.

Backed by 8 notching die patents and 3 torsional ultrasonic horn patents, we are accelerating co-development with global key accounts — official Tab-Welding supplier to LG Energy Solution, supplier to Ultium Cells Plant 1 & 2 (LG-GM JV), and order win from the Hyundai-LG JV (HL-GA). Through 7 sites across 3 continents (Korea HQ + China, Poland, Indonesia + US Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia), we respond immediately to customers' localization needs.

We aim to return to operating profit in 2026 through full operation of the US Georgia plant, expansion of new business revenue (semiconductor, ESS), and company-wide cost structure innovation. We are also strengthening shareholder returns with our first cash dividend since IPO. HYTC will continue to be worthy of the trust placed in us by our customers and shareholders.
